Over the past few days, many developments in the worldwide coronavirus pandemic have changed the way we work, play, and socially interact at all levels. The SencorpWhite Leadership Team continues to monitor the situation in an effort to support the well-being of our employees, our families, and our business partners.

SencorpWhite is on the front lines of this situation building Thermoforming machines to help replenish personal protection equipment (PPE) that is currently in high demand. Many of the products in our portfolio directly support critical applications such as the minimization and elimination of virus and infectious disease transmission, hospital pharmacy automation, and materials logistics. SencorpWhite is committed to build and deliver machines to support these critical systems when our country and people need them the most.

We wish to inform you that despite the obvious difficulties of the current situation, we remain fully operational to meet our commitments made to our customers and ultimately you. We have instructed our sales, service, and implementation teams to eliminate nonessential travel to reduce potential exposure and ask that your company do the same. We will continue to support critical systems with our strategically located field service team to ensure vital systems remain operational.

Starting immediately, SencorpWhite will utilize remote video conferencing to engage customers for sales and support activities when applicable. We are adapting agile working practices to ensure employees with parental responsibility affected by school closings have flexibility to remain productive.

The fluidity of this situation has made the future hard to predict; however, we remain steadfast and focused. We kindly ask that you proceed with planned projects to avoid any possible delays caused by rescheduling and market delays.
